Who we are
CosmoClinix is a trading name of Amir Enterprise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Amir Enterprise Ltd is the data controller of personal data collected through cosmoclinix.com.
What we collect
We collect only what's necessary to process your order and run our business:
- Order data: name, shipping & billing address, email, phone (if provided)
- Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
- Account data: if you sign up for newsletters, your email address
- Site usage: anonymised analytics (page views, device type, country) to improve the site
How we use it
We use your data to:
- Fulfil your order — process payment, dispatch your parcel, and provide customer support
- Communicate with you about your order (dispatch confirmation, delivery updates)
- Send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve our website through anonymised analytics
- Meet our legal obligations — tax records, fraud prevention, returns history
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed with:
- Stripe (payment processor) — to authorise your payment
- Royal Mail (and USPS for US orders) — to deliver your parcel
- Email provider (Resend / our newsletter platform) — to send order confirmations and opted-in marketing
- Google Analytics — anonymised site usage data only
We never sell your personal data to anyone, full stop.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Delete your data (subject to our legal obligation to retain order records for 6 years for HMRC)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email help@cosmoclinix.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 6 years (HMRC requirement)
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Customer support emails: 2 years from last interaction
- Anonymised analytics: 14 months (Google Analytics default)

Children
Our products are not directed at people under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g. Stripe, Google Analytics) are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO).
Changes to this policy
We'll post any material changes here and notify newsletter subscribers by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
