Our 60-day promise
We believe in our product. If — after using the Collagen Overnight Wrapping Mask consistently for 14 nights — you don't see visibly firmer, plumper skin, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a full refund.
Simply email help@cosmoclinix.com with your order number and a sentence about your experience. You don't need to return half-empty bottles.
Your statutory rights (UK)
In addition to our 60-day promise, UK customers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — starting from the day you receive your order. This applies to unopened products only.
You also retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
How to start a return
- Email help@cosmoclinix.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a returns address and instructions
- Pack the product securely — please do not destroy outer packaging
- Drop it at any Royal Mail post office. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive the return, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs
- Faulty product / our error: we cover return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail label.
- Change of mind (statutory 14-day cancellation): you cover return shipping.
- 60-day promise refunds: no return shipping needed — just email us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds appear on your statement within:
- Card payments: 5–10 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days
- Klarna / Clearpay: instantly (subject to provider)
Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange, please request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge — keep the damaged item, no return needed.
