1. Who we are
cosmoclinix.com is operated by Amir Enterprise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Amir Enterprise Ltd trading as CosmoClinix.
2. Your acceptance
By browsing this site, placing an order, or signing up for our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to purchase from us.
4. Products
We sell skincare cosmetics intended for adult use. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, prices, and availability are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication, but we may correct errors at any time. Colours of product images may vary slightly between screens.
CosmoClinix products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Please discontinue use if you experience irritation.
5. Orders & contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement email is not yet a contract — a binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you'll be refunded in full.
6. Pricing & VAT
All prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD) as selected, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices may change at any time.
7. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe, including major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and (where eligible) Klarna and Clearpay. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not store your card details — they are handled entirely by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 security.

9. Refunds & returns
See our Refunds & Returns Policy. Our 60-day money-back guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10. Promotional codes
Discount codes (e.g. GLOW10) are non-transferable, cannot be used in combination with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value.
11. Intellectual property
All content on cosmoclinix.com — text, images, logos, video, the CosmoClinix name and product formulations — is the property of Amir Enterprise Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and database-right law. You may not reproduce, copy or commercially use any of it without our written consent.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site:
- For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- To harm or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
- To scrape content automatically without permission
- To impersonate any other person or entity
We may suspend or block any user who violates these terms.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or the purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, postal disruptions, pandemics, or government action.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order will apply to that order.
