Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with a Royal Mail tracking number.

US orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked, handed to USPS on arrival in the United States.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is included in your dispatch email. You can also track your order directly on the Royal Mail tracking page using the reference provided.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the maximum delivery window, please email help@cosmoclinix.com and we'll investigate immediately. For UK parcels, Royal Mail considers a parcel "lost" after 10 working days from dispatch.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will either:
- Resend the order at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund, including original shipping.
International customs & duties
For US orders, CosmoClinix is not responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes charged by US Customs and Border Protection. These charges are determined by your country and are payable by the recipient.
We declare the full purchase price on all customs forms in line with international trade law.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 1 hour of placing your order — once a parcel has been dispatched, we can no longer redirect it. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped on payment of a new shipping fee.
